A fourth-generation Savannah Realtor, Matthew Lufburrow carries forward a proud family legacy in real estate with deep-rooted knowledge of Savannah and its surrounding communities. After graduating from Savannah Christian Preparatory School, Matthew earned his degree in Finance and Economics from Wofford College. He began his career in the real estate division of The Sea Island Company before returning to Savannah, where he has spent over a decade helping both residential and commercial clients navigate their real estate journeys.

Building on his passion for the industry and commitment to excellence, Matthew co-founded Realty One Group Inclusion seven years ago. Under his leadership, the brokerage has grown to over 140 Realtors and has consistently ranked as the #3 top-producing brokerage in the Savannah real estate market. His dedication to agent development, personalized mentorship, and embracing innovative technologies has cultivated a thriving, collaborative environment for his team.

Matthew is a Past President of both the Savannah Area Realtors and the Savannah Multilist Corporation.
